Lab 6 - Apoptosis

We will induce apoptosis in several mouse cell lines, and label the cells for several markers of apoptosis, including caspase activation, TUNEL and annexin V.  The cells will then be analyzed on multiple instrument platforms.  Most of the time will be spent acquiring and analyzing data on the instrumentation.
