Lab 4 - Immunophenotyping

Antibodies with different fluorochromes can be combined into multicolor cocktails so several different cellular products can be simultaneously measured to resolve the populations that make up a complex specimen.  The physical/chemical basis for identifying the problems and pitfalls encountered during the entire immunophenotyping process and their solution will be thoroughly explored.  Course attendees are encouraged to participate in discussions, so bring your questions and comments.
