This lab goes step by step through the techniques for measuring signal transduction pathways by flow cytometry, using multiple phosphospecific antibodies combined with surface phenotypic markers.  Emphasis is placed on practical details, including handling of clinical samples and how to establish laboratory standards and controls. Although aimed primarily at beginners, we hope this lab might also be of interest to more advanced users of this technique.
